Responsibilities
- Develop 5S improvement plans and follow up on key tasks in annual work plans.
- Monitor the on-site 5S every day and improve any adverse issues.
- Regularly organize and collect rationalization suggestions, provide feedback and follow up on relevant issues based on actual situations.
- The necessary communication and coordination between departments and external departments, as well as information dissemination work.
- Having a certain level of 5S knowledge, Basic knowledge of IE, management knowledge, and driving experience.
- Proficient in using various office software, with strong judgment and decision-making abilities, as well as planning and execution abilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- More than 2 years of technical and process work experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a sense of responsibility.
- Sensitive to changes in people and organizations, with strong coordination, and promotion abilities;
- High level of professionalism, able to accept high-intensity work, with a positive and optimistic work attitude
- Able Speak Mandarin or English
- preferable has Ahli K3 Umum Certificate
- Willing be place in Cikarang / CIleungsi
