Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing purchase contracts & payments using Internal system 负责使用内部系统执行采购合同和付款
- Coordinate with several office divisions 与多个办公室部门的协调
- Monitoring ongoing contracts 监控正在进行的合同
- Responsible for completing tasks assigned by superiors 负责完成上级交办的任务
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Chinese 良好的中文沟通能力
- Female/Male up to 30 years old 女/男30岁以下
- Minimum S1 education in all majors (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply) 所有专业最低S1学历（欢迎应届毕业生申请）
- Proficient in using Ms. Office 熟练使用Ms.Office
- Meticulous, disciplined, honest and able to comply with procedures 严谨、纪律严明、诚实守信、能遵守程序
