Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales management centre to review monthly expense and payment verify whether the expense is within the monthly budget;
- Responsible for the sales and return entry and data support of the sales management center (return data );
- Responsible for claim distributor, promotion expenses, closing expense report and payment
- Responsible for the input expenses journal, payment journal and preparing reports;
- Other temporary work assigned by the leadership.
Requirements
- Mandarin & English (Speaking, Writing & Typing) is a must
- Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting backround
- Have experience in related field and worked in FMCG Industry company will be a plus
- At least 1 year experience as a Finance/Accounting staff
- Can work individually and team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiar with SAP and have a tax knowledge
