Responsibilities
- Creating concepts/templates for letters, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, including but not limited to agreements with third parties in areas such as financial technology, digital products, leasing, lending agreements, electronic cooperation, managed services related to information technology, marketing support, etc.
- Managing legal documents related to the Company's operations or business.
- Preparing legal documents needed when the Company takes corporate actions with relevant agencies or other specific purposes.
- Understanding and developing the legal competencies required according to the business and operational developments of the Company to contribute to the Company.
- Reviewing and proposing improvements to draft contracts or agreements made by other units within the Company.
- Providing legal opinions or approval on the content of a contract related to the Company's interests to other units.
- Coordinating various aspects and legal services from Notaries/Public Notaries, Lawyers/Legal Consultants to achieve specific goals in the Company.
- Dealing with the legalization issues of the company with relevant agencies/third parties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law from reputable state or private universities. Fresh Graduates with internship experience/Minimum of 1 (one) year working experience in a law firm or fintech company with a similar position.
- Good communication and understanding skills in both Indonesian and English languages.
- Possess structured and organized system/performance.
- Good knowledge of law.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic internet knowledge.
