Responsibilities
- Responsible for formulating relevant test plans, coordinating internal and external resources according to test tasks, ensuring the smooth progress of the test, following up the test process, and releasing test reports in a timely manner
- Confirmation of test problems, preliminary failure analysis, risk assessment, internal and external feedback, communication; follow up the processing progress and close the case;
- Responsible for the confirmation and recurrence of reliability problems that occur in production;
- Responsible for the construction of the test environment and the improvement of test methods;
- Responsible for writing relevant test work instructions; training and assessment of experimenters;
- Responsible for the measurement traceability of test equipment and the formulation of operating instructions;
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in reliability testing in the electronics industry
- Experience in mobile phone reliability testing is preferred
- Proficient in Mandarin is a MUST (Oral and written)
- Proficient in operating reliability-related testing equipment
- Familiar with international, national, and industry standards in related electronic industries, and familiar with the basic structure and circuits of mobile phones
- Ability to design corresponding reliability verification solutions based on product characteristics, and independently output product testing strategies and test cases
- Extroverted, good at communication, quick response, strong execution, serious and responsible, patient.
