1) Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database, managing employees' health insurance, amongst other administrative duties
2) Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
3) Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
4) Handles end-to-end recruitment, including submitting online job postings, shortlist candidates, scheduling job interviews, and conducting offers.
5) Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
1) Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or related field is required.
2) At least 2 years of experience in HR position is required.
3) Can speak English fluently, ability in speaking Mandarin is a plus.
4) Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
5) Effective HR administration and people management skills.
6) Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
7) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8) Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
9) Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
10) Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
