- Sending warning letters & lawsuits against overdue customers
- Manage external lawyers to handle cases
- Conduct compliance review of sales contract process documents
- Conduct legal analysis & training
- Other Legal Affairs related work
- Accustomed to handling debt cases
- Accustomed to filing lawsuits in court
Requirements
- Female or Male / Under 30 years
- Minimal 1-2 years experience as Legal or Litigation
- Fluent in Mandarin and English both oral and written (is a must)
- Preferably have experience in Heavy Equipment field
- Have license Advocat (PERADI)
- Excellent in Microsoft office
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Possess excellence health and physical condition
- Willing to doing business trip
- Willing to be placement in Head Office (Sunter)
