Responsibilities
  1. According to the marketing plan, excellent completion of sales targets, to achieve departmental performance assessment;
  2. Open up new markets, develop new customers, expand product sales, integrate customer resources, develop new channels, new opportunities;
  3. The development and implementation of sales expense plan and budget assessment, scientific control of sales costs;
  4. Responsible for the collection of market information and competitors consulting data analysis;
  5. According to the sales plan, determine the sales strategy, responsible for the planning and implementation of sales activities in the region, complete the sales target tasks;
  6. Management and maintenance of customer relations and long-term strategic cooperation plan between customers.
Requirements
  1. College degree or above, air conditioning, HVAC, thermal energy, machinery, engineering and other related majors;
  2. More than 5 years of industrial commercial central air-conditioning industry sales experience, with the industry's rich channel resources, outstanding performance is preferred;
  3. Responsive, strong expression ability, with strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, with affinity;
  4. With a certain market analysis and judgment ability, good customer service awareness;
  5. Good interpersonal communication, strain and negotiation skills, strong sense of responsibility, can withstand greater work pressure;
  6. There is a strong achievement orientation, tenacity, team spirit, good at challenge.
