Responsibilities

1. Market research and trend analysis:

Research market trends and consumer needs and analyze competitor products.

Collect and analyze consumer feedback to understand changes in market demand and preferences.

2. Product development and innovation:

Develop new flavors, recipes and product categories to ensure products align with market trends and consumer needs.

Innovative product design, including drink taste, ingredients, appearance and packaging.

3. Formula optimization:

Based on test results and feedback, product formulas are optimized and adjusted to improve quality and taste.

Ensure product consistency and stability during production.

4. Experiments and tests:

Conduct product testing, including laboratory testing and market trials, to assess performance and acceptance of new products.

Organize internal reviews and consumer trials to collect feedback and make adjustments.

5. Production process research and development:

Develop and optimize production processes to ensure product quality and efficiency in mass production.

Cooperate with the production department to solve problems encountered during the production process.

6. Regulatory and Standards Compliance:

Ensure all products comply with relevant food safety regulations and industry standards.

Track regulatory changes in international markets and adjust products and processes in a timely manner to maintain compliance.

7. Supply chain management:

Work with suppliers to select high-quality raw materials and ensure stable supply.

Manage raw material procurement, inventory control and cost management in the supply chain.

8. Brand positioning and marketing:

Work with the marketing team to determine product market positioning and promotion strategies.

Participate in the planning and implementation of brand stories, advertising creative and promotional activities.

9. Cross-departmental collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, sales, production, quality control and other departments to ensure the smooth progress of products from research and development to launch.

Coordinate internal resources to ensure projects are completed on time and achieve expected results.

10 Project Management:

Responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of projects to ensure that tasks at each stage are completed on time.

Manage project budgets, control R&D costs, and ensure effective use of resources.

Requirements

1. Educational background:

Typically requires a bachelor's degree or above in food science, chemistry, engineering, marketing, or a related field.

Some senior positions may require a master's or doctoral degree in a related field.

2. Work experience:

Have work experience in related fields (such as food and beverage, milk tea industry, product research and development, etc.).

Have in-depth understanding of the research and development, production process and market dynamics of milk tea products.

Applicants with experience in multinational enterprises or international markets are preferred.

3. Professional skills:

Familiar with the product development process, including formula design, laboratory testing, production process optimization, etc.

Have good market research skills and be able to analyze market trends and consumer needs.

Proficient in using data analysis tools and able to interpret test results and market feedback.

Have certain project management skills and be able to coordinate multiple resources and promote project progress.

4. Technical capabilities:

Have a deep understanding of food processing technology and quality control.

Experience with laboratory techniques and equipment.

Understanding food safety regulations and industry standards ensures product compliance.

5. Communication and collaboration skills:

Good team spirit and cross-department communication skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and vendors from diverse backgrounds.

6. Innovative thinking:

Have strong innovation and problem-solving abilities and be able to come up with novel product ideas and solutions.

Be sensitive to changes in market trends and consumer preferences and be able to adapt quickly to changes.

7. Language ability:

Fluency in English is often required, especially for international brands. Knowledge of other foreign languages ​​(such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc.) may also be an advantage.

8. Personal qualities:
