Responsibilities
- Prepare and send paychecks to employees.
- Manage each employee's banking information to be used to process payroll.
- Keeping up to date with current policies regarding taxation of salaries, benefits and other payroll elements.
- Process and monitor payroll deduction orders and other issues affecting payroll details.
- Document and maintain all payroll related records.
- Perform semi-annual audits on all payroll records.
- Reconcile the general ledger relating to payroll transactions.
- Identify and process unresolved payroll related issues.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree from reputable college
- Fluent in English is a must, but Mandarin speaker will be an advantage
- Min. 1 year experience in the same position
- Attention to detail and able to work in a tight deadline
- Deep knowledge in payroll calculation including overtime, social securities and income taxes
- Expert in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Spreadsheet
- Able to join immediately
- Willing to work from office in Special Region of Yogyakarta
