Responsibilities
- Assist The General Manager with daily oversight of operations including scheduling as assigned.
- Assist The General Manager in the execution of the strategic vision by monitoring all operations & ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.
- Assist The General Manager with strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and organizational development.
- Assist The General Manager with creating, implementing, and assessing organizational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate efforts with department heads to maximize results.
- Maintain current knowledge of operation, products, and procedures within a given department.
- Oversee staff performance, training, and career development.
Requirements
- Male
- Willing to do business trip
- Chinese Language Professional Working Proficiency, English intermediate level is a plus
- Bachelor Degree
- Hardworking, extrovert, able to work under pressure
