Responsibilities
- Responsible to all KPIs
- As per requirement of the JV, draft short / mid / long term strategic development and be responsible to the implementation result
- Organization of Inbound, Outbound, Handling, Inventory, and Delivery, Personnel appointment and removal
- According to the annual business plan, review financial budget and implement
- Set KPI to underling units, review work plan and budgets implementation situation of underling units, conduct performance evaluation
- Coordinate with SGMW, been the channel and contact person, earn customer satisfaction.
- Deal with and report emergency issues to managements
- Other assignments given by the management
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above (Logistics engineering , Vehicle engineering, Mechanical engineering majors preferred)
- Good skills for English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Good knowledge with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint ) .
- Work experience: At least 5-year operational experience in a similar role within the auto parts companies.
- Personal Character: Diligent, conscientious, good communication and independent problem solving skills, Good Team work ability.
