Responsibilities
1. Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
3. Recruit, train, and develop store staff.
4. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve store targets.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
1. Must be fluent in Mandarin (min. HSK 3)
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of Store Management experience (Entertainment industry is a plus)
3. Proven experience in managing a team and overseeing store operations.
4. Experience with budgeting, inventory control, sales forecasting and promotion.
5. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office.
