Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing retail operations, helping organize related teamwork tasks, and tracking team members' work efficiency
- Manage day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Monitoring the performance of the team in the area
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Execute and maintain compliance of Store SOP at all times.
Requirements
- Able to communicate in Mandarin
- Willing to work 6 days a week
- Bachelor (S1) Graduate from all major
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in similar field
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
