Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and managing production processes for products, continuously reviewing their rationality and optimizing;
- Propose design optimization suggestions for manufacturing processes during the R&D stage of new products;
- Handle process-related issues in the production site of new products during the NPI stage and mass production stage, and output improvement reports;
- Participate in the design, application, and follow-up of production and testing fixtures, as well as the writing of operation guidelines and optimization of test coverage.
Requirements
- No specific educational requirements; related majors in mechanical design, electrical engineering, and automatic control engineering;
- Preference for candidates with good English and Chinese communication skills;
- Honest and reliable with a good team spirit.
