Responsibilities
- Organize workshop process audits and equipment, tooling allocation based on process schemes and flowcharts;
- Participate in new product design and development, assist workshops in formulating new product trial production work plans, manage preparation and modification work, review equipment tooling usage, and inspect equipment and tooling production requirements compliance;
- Assist workshops in organizing production according to plans, work closely with quality departments to analyze production process conflicts, provide solutions to process-related issues, and handle technical and quality issues that arise in production sites in a timely and appropriate manner;
- Other tasks assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- No specific educational requirement, but preferably with a background in engineering related to vehicles, materials, etc;
- Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred;
- Honest, sincere, and with a good team spirit.
