Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured rotational program across multiple departments such as production, engineering, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Assist in day-to-day operations, project planning, and execution under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Engage in on-the-job training to enhance technical skills and knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Support in data collection, reporting, and presentation of findings to management teams.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in any major (minimum GPA of 3.0).
- Excellent verbal and written English, with Mandarin being a plus point.
- Self-motivated with a high level of dedication and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
- Willing to attend an in-person interview at our head office.
