Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving sales targets set by the company, both profit and volume.
- Conduct routine control and monitoring of marketing activities, including distribution and administration of goods to customers.
- Conduct regular analysis and evaluation of sales results and actively convey new ideas or recommend improvements.
- Actively and initiatively report to direct superiors on developments, including: sales, customers, and HR that are part of his/her responsibility.

- Actively and routinely seek the latest and most reliable information on market conditions and developments, including information on competitors through market/field surveys.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years experience as a marketing manager in the telecommunications manufacturing sector
- Fluent in English (fluent in Mandarin is an added value).
- Have leadership skills (planning, motivating, organizing, controlling) & developing a team.
- Have the ability to plan and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Target-oriented, hardworking, high integrity, and high loyalty.
- Can conduct accurate market analysis, distribution, pricing, and promotion plans.
- Have good communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Have innovative ideas in developing sales strategies and overcoming problems and obstacles in marketing. (problem solving).
