Responsibilities
- Under the leadership of the department head, complete the tracking operations of the goods transportation and warehousing process, including but not limited to business operations such as transportation and warehousing.
- Responsible for risk control in the stages of goods transportation and warehousing.
- Responsible for the selection and evaluation of suppliers, participating in contract negotiations, signing, and daily communication, and assisting the department head in completing supplier assessments and evaluations. Manage and optimize suppliers to reduce overall procurement costs.
- Responsible for managing all shipping and receiving activities of the department's business. Timely, complete, and accurate registration of goods' inbound and outbound inspections, accounting, and distribution, ensuring consistency in records, and providing feedback on results.
- Organize and participate in inventory checks of warehouse goods, regularly or irregularly check the stock's inbound, outbound, and remaining quantities, ensuring clear and accurate accounting, labeling, and reconciliation of stock and accounts, and provide feedback on the results.
- Responsible for tracking and implementing goods transportation, providing timely feedback, and solving various issues during the tracking and implementation process.
- Ensure the safety of goods during transportation and storage, keeping track of the status of transportation and warehousing at all times, and assuming responsibility for losses due to goods' disappearance.
- Responsible for compiling monthly and annual goods reports and analysis reports for the department.
- Complete other daily tasks related to inventory control within the department.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by the department head.
Requirements
- Full-time college diploma or above;
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in procurement, logistics, or bulk trade;
- Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Chinese, Indonesian, and English, with good writing skills, oral communication skills, excellent computer operation skills, and strong communication abilities;
- Possess some financial knowledge and legal awareness;
- Demonstrate good professional ethics, integrity, responsibility, teamwork, stress resistance, service awareness, dedication, and confidentiality awareness.
