Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning & Budgeting: Develop and maintain detailed financial plans and budgets for PV EPC projects, incorporating projected costs, revenue streams, and profitability.
  2. Project Cost Control: Monitor and analyze project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and other expenses, to ensure adherence to budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  3. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and project-specific financial analysis.
  4. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations, managing tax filings, calculations, and payments related to PV EPC projects. Collaborate with external tax advisors as needed.
  5. Fiscal Policy Analysis: Stay updated on changes in Indonesian fiscal policies, analyzing their impact on project feasibility and profitability, and adjusting financial strategies accordingly.
  6. Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks associated with PV EPC projects, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with internal risk management policies.
  7. Stakeholder Management: Communicate financial information and insights to project managers, senior management, and investors, fostering collaboration and informed decision-making.
  8. System Integration: Work closely with IT teams to ensure efficient integration of financial data with project management and accounting systems.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably in the renewable energy or EPC project industry in Indonesia.
  3. Profound understanding of Indonesian fiscal and taxation policies, including experience in managing tax compliance for large-scale projects.
  4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  6. Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
  7. Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
  8. Familiarity with PV industry trends and project financing mechanisms is a plus.
