Responsibilities
- Collaborate in formulating and implementing the company's strategic sales plans for smart water meters and electricity meters, ensuring effective brand marketing communication to achieve established sales targets.
- Proactively expand new customer bases, actively seek cooperation opportunities for new product projects, and conduct in-depth analysis of potential product and customer needs.
- Work closely with the product R&D team to participate in the management of new product development, promptly respond to technical and commercial issues, and ensure the alignment of products with market demands.
- Participate in the preparation of technical documents for bidding and tenders, ensuring their professionalism and competitiveness, providing strong support for the company's project bidding.
- Continuously monitor market trends, analyze competitors' marketing strategies, and ensure that the company's marketing strategies remain ahead of the curve, maintaining market competitiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with a solid foundation of professional knowledge and theoretical literacy.
- Experience and resources in sales of smart water meters and smart electricity meters within the industry.
- Familiarity with sales processes and market operation rules, able to effectively achieve sales targets, and possess an outstanding track record of performance.
- Willingness to accept frequent overseas business trips and possess strong adaptability and stress resistance.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, capable of conducting seamless business communication and negotiation. Preference will be given to candidates who are also fluent in Chinese.
