Responsibilities
- Collect and deal with customers' after-sales problems, connect with after-sales department to provide solutions;
- Use and maintain SAP system, connect with customers, handle the whole process of orders, urge customers to make payment and verify the account receipt;
- Logistics company contract signing, logistics allocation, delivery follow-up, monthly reconciliation and settlement.
Requirements
- Good MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
