Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting sales personnel in technical communication with customers, conducting in-depth analysis of user needs, and helping users provide solutions to problems;
- Responsible for writing technical communication materials, including pre-sales analysis reports, improving requirement surveys, bidding documents, etc;
- Responsible for writing business and technical solutions for data center pre design and consulting, mid-term engineering construction and hardware equipment procurement, backend operation and maintenance, and operation;
- Responsible for writing the company's external technical documents, including technical white papers, case studies, etc;
- Responsible for collecting and organizing cutting-edge technological developments related to data center design, consulting, engineering, hardware, operations, and other related businesses;
- Responsible for technical exchanges with various design institutes, mechanical and electrical general contractors, equipment manufacturers, and operation and maintenance service providers, familiar with industry product applications;
- Responsible for writing technical documents related to cooperation with various hardware manufacturers
Requirements
- More than 3.5 years of experience in data center technical support and good pre-sales work experience;
- Excellent technical communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in data center industry design institutes, system integrator, equipment manufacturers, operation and maintenance vendors is preferred
- Able to independently complete small and medium-sized data center (below 500 square meters) solutions. Bidders are preferred.
- English can be working language;
- Chineseis preferred.
