Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding and maintain employee records.
- Help administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with basic HR policies.
- Provide support in employee relations and engagement activities.
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and help with various HR projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internships or part-time HR experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and labor regulations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office; eager to learn HR software.
