Responsibilities
- Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, background checking, and engaging top talents.
- Support all administrative things in Recruitment Process
- Support data driven for hiring
- Support & and involved in various HR projects
Requirements
- Final semester students / Bachelor's Degree preferable from Psychology
- Good written and verbal communication in English is a must, Chinese proficiency will be a plus
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Able to join as soon as possible
- Good analytical thinking, dynamic, creative & learner
