Responsibilities
- Contract signing and renewal
- Engineering&Material Settlement Payment
- Supervision of archive files and standards within the unified management center
- Unified reimbursement of various expenses
- Dock with store maintenance/renovation projects and complete them on time
- Docking with store relocation projects and handling material matters
Requirements
- Education requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, supply chain, or other related fields
- Work experience: 1-3 years of internal work experience in engineering and supply chain. Excellent fresh graduates may consider it more leniently
- Language requirements: Chinese, Indonesian, English
- Professional ability: Familiar with the approval and initiation process, with professional judgment on data sensitivity and information integrity,
- Comprehensive ability: proactive and enthusiastic in work, team service awareness, strong sense of responsibility, quick response, proactive learning and problem-solving ability
