• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Engineer, preferably in the Tendering Department of an electrical industry.
• Familiarity with local electrical markets.
• Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to large audiences.
• Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving and project management.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
• Willing to be based in Jakarta.
