Responsibilities
- Assist Site Manager to handle project activities, starting from preparation, budgeting, implementation and operation, controlling, evaluation and reporting
- Assist to analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
- Assign responsibilities to staff members, organize team meetings to ensure tasks, address problems and update progress
- Assist with choosing hardware and software technology and provide advice for optimization
- Perform maintenance of the AMI environment, network device, and smart-meter and DCU on site, to ensure a stable operation of the environment. Tasks include configuration, deployment, and dealing with emergencies like blackout, netsplit, troubleshoot connection, etc.
- Troubleshoot & repair production and facility equipment according to safety practices.
- Assist in the recording and calculation of the assets on site, to ensure the asset security.
- Make various types of reports, including reports on operations & maintenance as well as assets.
- Analyze the needs and challenges in the site's operations and make proposals to increase the efficiency of its operations.
- Make technical summaries on the operations team, and update the knowledge database incorporating actual examples.
Requirements
- Candidates must understand matters related electricity meters, distribution or installation, and understand Information and Communications Technology
- Minimal D3 Instrument/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in handle project PLN
- Prior Facilities Management or related technical field experience required
- Demonstrated understanding of Facility Management processes, strategies and methods
- Great attention to detail and analytical mind
- Highly motivated person & committed to working demands
- Excellent English communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to relocate
- Electrical experience is a PLUS but not required (experience with device two way communication, hardware trouble shooting, cabling experience, networking basics, configure switches)
