Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably with an organizational background)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities within the country
- Have strong data analysis skills
- Fluency in English & Mandarin
- Understanding of the business processes of the automotive industry
Requirements
- Support Regional Sales in compiling and analyzing sales data to produce sales reports on national sales performance.
- Report daily sales performance for each Regional Sales Area Manager & Dealer Operation Manager.
- Recap 5 Days DO target for Regional Sales Area Manager & Dealer Operation Manager.
- Prepare materials for Director meetings for weekly and monthly reports.
- Collect manpower data to analyze Sales Force productivity and determine additional salary needs.
- Analyze data regarding sales performance in each area or nationally
