I. Department Management
1. Responsible for formulating annual, quarterly and monthly work plans for the Human Resources and Administration Department and supervising their implementation.
2. Responsible for regular inspection of the work of the Human Resources and Administration Department to ensure smooth work processes.
3. Establish and improve various management systems and policies of the Human Resources and Administration Department to ensure standardization of work.
4. Responsible for department personnel training and assessment to build an efficient team.
5. Actively cooperate with other departments to complete the company's work goals.
II. Human Resources Management
1. Responsible for the company's human resources planning , formulate recruitment plans according to department needs, organize interviews, selection, recruitment and other work.
2. Responsible for employee relations management, including entry and exit procedures, labor contract signing, file management, roster updates, etc.
3. Implement the performance appraisal system, complete the performance appraisal of employees in each department, and conduct performance interviews and improvements based on the results.
4. Responsible for salary and benefits management, regularly investigate salary and benefits in the same industry, and reasonably adjust the company's salary level.
5. Develop employee training plans and organize internal and external training.
III. Administrative Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the company's daily administrative management, including meeting management, reception management, office supplies management, etc.
2. Responsible for the management of the company's dormitories and canteen.
3. Responsible for visa management of foreign employees and air ticket, hotel reservation, rebooking, reimbursement, etc.
4. Responsible for the company's vehicle management, including dispatch, maintenance, and repairs.
5. Responsible for the company's safety management, formulate safety systems and supervise their implementation.
IV. Other Responsibilities
1. Participate in discussions on major company decisions and provide professional advice on personnel and administration.
2. Assist company leaders to complete the coordination work among various departments.
3. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
