Tanggung Jawab
- Attract, negotiate, and manage day-to-day relationships with 50-100s Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in social media platforms as needed (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Increase KOL affiliate number
- Build long-term relationships with valuable KOLs
- Brainstorm strategy and help develop content planning
- Create brief based on content plan and strategy
- Keep up with trends and give strategy recommendations based on data
- Monitor and optimize each KOLs performance, make sure campaign target is met
- Create report and review Campaign ROI and revise for the next brief & KOL selected
Persyaratan
- Minimum 2 year of experience in KOL/ Influencer Management or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in any major (Communication, Public Relations, or related major preferred)
- Fast Response and multitasking skill is a MUST
- Strong planning skills for online campaigns, creative and data driven
- Outstanding skills in communication, negotiation, problem-solving and can do attitude is a MUST
- High interest and knowledge in TIKTOK is a MUST
- Experience handling TikTok influencer affiliates is a plus
- Fluent in English is a plus
