Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Data Center including but not limited to Mechanical & Electrical, Networking, Fire Safety Management, Access Card Control Management.
- Monitor and optimize Data Center performance to enhance energy efficiency, reliability, and overall system effectiveness.
- Lead Data Center-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with company standards and goals.
- Work with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with company-developed processes, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulation.
- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PM) and reactive maintenance on all equipment.
- Complete assigned work according to established processes and procedures. Follow all safety processes and requirements and ensure all regulatory requirements and quality standards are met.
- Conduct routine quality checks for comprehensive maintenance records.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including system configurations, drawings, and operational procedures.
Persyaratan
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and supervising Building Management teams in a Data Center or critical facility environment.
- In depth knowledge of Building Management Systems, control systems, and automation technologies.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- English Speaking, Mandarin is an advantage.
