JOB DESCRIPTION

·      Preparing tax payments

·      Estimating and tracking tax returns

·      Issue tax invoice and give proper tax guide to meet legal framework and compliance requirements

·      Prepare & Manage regular (monthly quarterly and annual) tax reports （salary tax，income tax，withholding tax，VAT，import duty，and any other tax related to business）

·      Organize and update the company’s tax database

·      Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals

·      Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns

·      Deal with tax office regarding any tax issue

·      Share financial data with the accounting department

·      Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits

·      Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes

·      Forecast tax predictions to Senior Managers

• Keep up to date with payroll legislative changes
• Ensure compliance with Payroll tax obligations

REQUIREMENT

·      Proven Minimum 3 years work experience as a Tax Accountant, Tax Analyst or Tax Preparer

·      Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures

·      Familiarity with accounting software packages

·      Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)

• Required language(s): English

·      Excellent analytical and time management skills

·      Strong numeracy skills

·      Keen attention to detail

·      BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant subject; industry certification (e.g. CMA or ACCA) is preferred

·      Brevet A&B Certification is a must

Preferred Skills

• Payroll calculation, Taxation, experience in Accurate accounting systems or other accounting software 
• Profesional English Speaker
