- Brand Marketing Planning:
- Collaborate with Marketing Lead to set brand sales targets, achievements, and identify new product/service development needs.
- Social Media:
- Manage brand social media accounts, brainstorm ideas, and create content plans.
- Conduct content research and production, ensuring follower engagement.
- Analyze social media performance for continuous improvement.
- Campaign:
- Work with other marketing teams for seamless campaign execution from planning to implementation.
- InStore Marketing:
- Ensure proper display of marketing collateral in the clinic (TV videos, banners, posters).
- Maintain an informative clinic environment and effectively convey the brand message.
- KOL Marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to research Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Ensure successful partnerships between the brand and KOLs.
- Partnership & Offline Events Marketing:
- Execute offline marketing strategies as planned with the marketing team.
Persyaratan
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Brand Marketing/Product Marketing.
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
- Experience in the beauty/skincare industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and effective contribution to cross-functional projects.
- Proactive, ambitious, self-starter with a structured yet creative approach; ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
