• Supervise and lead a team of Admission Consultants, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
• Oversee the end-to-end university application process for students, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
• Provide expert guidance on VISA requirements and documentation. Liaise with relevant authorities to streamline the VISA application process
• Stay up-to-date of immigration policies and regulations, keeping the team informed to ensure accurate and timely advice to students
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure high standards in application submissions and client interactions
• Foster and manage relationships with international universities, admissions offices, and other relevant stakeholders
• Generate reports on team performance, application status, and other relevant metrics
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness of the agency's operations

Education & Work Background:

• Min. of Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience working in the Overseas Education Industry
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams, preferably in the field of admission consulting or education consultancy

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• In-depth understanding of international education trends, immigration policies, and university admission processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously
