Tanggung Jawab
- Responsible for the specific implementation of daily management and service work of each module of human resources;
- Implement and improve the company’s human resources management system, business processes and plans:
- Responsible for carrying out recruitment work according to the annual staffing plan and personnel demand plan;
- Responsible for employee onboarding, regularization, changes, resignation and other related work;
- Responsible for formulating training plans and organizing training work;
- Responsible for employee attendance management, including requesting for leave, business trips, etc.;
- Responsible for employee personnel information management and maintenance of employee files;
- Responsible for calculating and distributing monthly benefits to employees;
- Other work assigned by the leader.
Persyaratan
- Bachelor degree or above, have certain experience in human resources management, and be proficient in at least 2 modules.
- Have solid human resources knowledge and skills, and those who have graduated from the human resources management major will be given priority.
- Practical and serious, with strong execution ability, pressure resistance, affinity, as well as communication, coordination and planning and organizational skills.
- Proficient in office software and have good proficiency in Chinese and Indonesian.
