- Responsible for analyzing competitor data according to headquarters requirements and proposing plans to improve sales;
- Conduct product training for all sales in the branch;
- Develop material required for training, presentation slides, photos, videos, quiz, scripts, tutorial and other supporting tools for a successful and efficient training session;
- Collect feedback from sales and identify the issues they had during the process;
- Test and review employee performance and learning;
- Organize branch staff to implement the promotion plan according to head office directions;
- Organize branch staff to implement branch's marketing activity plan;
- Responsible and inspect sales for organizing and arrange terminal stores according to company standards;
- Responsible for collecting information and sales data;
- Translation jobs.
Persyaratan
- 1 years and above trainer product for famous home appliances or sanitary brand;
- Familiar with Ms. Office;
- Familiar with Internet marketing methods;
- Good command of spoken / written in Mandarin;
- Agility, hard work, logical thinking and explanation with interpersonal skillset;
- Mind set of result oriented, independent, sense of ownership;
- Good documentation and presentation skillset;
- Advanced skill set for documentation. Excel, PPT, Word;
- Education: Bachelor and above.
