  1. Manage Leads’ Database : Categorize leads according to product types to ensure effectiveness of following up.
  2. WhatsApp Broadcast Message : Share info message, reminders, Meeting link (Webinar and Trial Class) to customers. Needs to provide the copywriting for Broadcast Message.
  3. Follow up and Confirmation : Done the follow up and confirmation by WhatsApp and record it to the data and PIC.
Persyaratan
  1. Skills : The candidate should have a good copywriting skills. Willing to learn or familiar with WhatsApp broadcast message.
  2. Responsiveness : Timely and effective communication is crucial. The candidate should be responsive to inquiries and required fast responses.
  3. Responsibility : Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time is required.
  4. Mandarin Proficiency (HSK 3-5): Proficiency in Mandarin, typically at HSK 3 to 5, is preferred, enabling effective communication with colleagues & students. Mandarin is also the working language in IndoPanda.
