E-commerce Platform Management:

  • Manage and maintain our e-commerce platform, ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly.
  • Monitor and update product listings, prices, and descriptions.
  • Implement and optimize e-commerce features and functionalities.

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive e-commerce’s traffic and sales.
  • Utilize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to improve e-commerce’s visibility, keyword rankings, and organic traffic.
  • Create and manage online advertising campaigns, including social media ads.

Customer Experience:

  • Improve the online shopping experience by optimizing e-commerce’s layout, navigation, and product search.
  • Implement customer retention strategies to drive repeat business.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Analyze e-commerce’s traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Content and Visuals:

  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling product descriptions and visual assets.
  • Ensure all product images and descriptions are accurate, high-quality, and aligned with branding standards.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer service, and design team, to achieve company goals and coordinate e-commerce efforts.
  • In collaboration with the account manager of an e-commerce company to develop and improve sales in e-commerce.
  • Candidates must be a maximum of 30 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience as an e-commerce specialist on platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, or Lazada.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platform management.
  • Having good relationships with account managers in the e-commerce platforms being handled (Shopee, Tokopedia, or Lazada).
  • Ability to identify issues and find effective solutions to improve the e-commerce experience.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and adapt to changes in the e-commerce landscape.
  • Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English is a must, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta.
