- Manage/finalize weekly, and monthly reporting for HQ (performance review/by project task)
- KPI Management, Document Management and SOP Management
- Participate in all HQ related meeting as request from Head of Department/ Top Management
- Work with HQ platform to coordinate overall strategic plan in company
- Drive and assist Top Management request to finish company level project
- Assist Strategy & Operation HOD job
Persyaratan
- Bachelor degree in Businees/Accounting/Management or equivalent and or minimum same job related experience
- Fluent in english and mandarin
- Appropriate skills and experience in an organisational planning environment
- Ability to assist mandarin reporting to C level/Top Management level
- Experience in developing and reporting on key performance indicator
- Friendly with number, analytical thinking and draw logical conclusions
- Excellent skill in excel and powerpoint
