1、负责境外子公司财务核算工作：确保财务报表数据及各项数据及时性、准确性、真实性；

Accounting and financial statements：To review and set up accounting financial standards in financial accounting software.To monitor the accounting review journal entries, reconciliation, and variance explanation。Ensuring all accounting transaction are performed correctly on time。 ensuring timeliness, accuracy and authenticity of financial statement data and other data;

2、负责费用审批，资金预测、公司各项分析报告

Responsible for expense examination and approval, cash flow forecast and analysis，provide management report

3、负责日常财务风险控制：完善子公司财务制度及流程，防范财务风险；监督检查各项制度执行情况； 

Internal Control and Policy： To review and issue Financial and Accounting procedure &policy for better organization,in charge of training and preparation of SOP(standard operation manual) 

4、负责子公司税务风险管理，税务流程梳理，税务筹划，协助业务团队提供税务处理建议等。确保在税务事物方面不产生税务罚款，遵循当地税务合规要求；

Responsible for the company tax risk management, process review and policy issue, assist the business team to provide suggestions in tax area, etc。.make sure no penalty related to tax issue and meet the requirement of tax compliance 

5、负责提交各项经营数据分析：定期经营数据分析报告、各项财务指标预警及财务意见、提交财务角度的业务分析预测及合理化建议； 

Responsible for submitting management report analysis: business data analysis reports, provide analysis and suggestion about company operation

6、配合审计安排及协调，实施财务过程监控与风控； 

To Cooperate with external auditors ，get audited report in time

7、总部财务团队交待其他事项

Other work assigned by HQ financial team

1、3-5年以上大中型企业同等岗位工作经历；

At least 3-5 years working experience in the same position in large or medium-sized enterprises;

2、熟知相关财税的政策法规； 

Familiar with relevant fiscal and tax policies and regulations;

3、具有普华永道、德勤、毕马威、安永等TOP 10会计师事务所从业经历者优先；

Working experience in TOP 10 accounting firms such as PWC, Deloitte, KPMG, Ernst & Young is preferred;

4、 取得Brevet AB and C certification优先；

Brevet AB and C certification is preferred;

5、英语、中文熟练，能作为工作语言；

Proficient in English and Chinese, able to use them as working language;

6、工作积极主动，善于沟通，成熟稳重，能妥善处理工作中的问题和挑战。

Proactive, good at communication, mature, able to deal with problems and challenges in work.

7、技能要求：熟悉会计软件及信息系统，能够独立工作
