Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement marketing & brand strategies, and comprehensive marketing plans & budgets for modern trade partners, including hypermarkets, supermarkets, and large retail chains for the Retail Kids & Toys Category market.
- Manage all marketing elements (7P: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence) and branding for the company.
- Design various ATL and BTL activity initiatives: media communications, consumer promotions, and PR (collaboration with ATL and BTL agencies).
- Create customized marketing campaigns and promotional activities tailored to the needs of each modern trade partner, leveraging a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and marketing effectiveness within modern trade channels, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Conduct market analysis and marketing performance.
- Able to achieve marketing KPIs set by the company.
Persyaratan
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Related Disciplines, with a Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Trade Marketing Manager in Modern Channels within the FMCG Industry and/or Retail Kids & Toys Category.
- An Active and Innovative Person with Creative Strategical Thinking
- Solid and Good Ability in Marketing Data Analysis
- Having Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills
- Strong and Proven Leadership Spirit and Results Oriented
- Good English Conversation Ability or another Language is a plus
