Responsibilities :

1. Designs and implements effective sales strategies
2. Achieve monthly and yearly sales volume
3. Achieve monthly account receivable (AR) target
4. Achieve company PBT (Profit before Tax) target
5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
6. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities (consultant, contractor and dealer)
7. Maintain relationships with others department and stake holders
8. Any other duties as assigned by management

Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
2. Strong communication and team management skills.
3. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
4. Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
5. Good at Ms Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
6. Good in English, both oral and written and able to speak Chinese is an advantage.
