Tanggung Jawab
- Managing contract, NDA, and other agreement with vendor third parties and partners
- Initiate and maintain communication with potential partners through various channels (emails, calls, meetings, etc.)
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams in administrative matters such as contracts, invoices, purchase orders, quotations, and others
- Prepare business proposal and quotation, MoM in meeting
- Maintain a detailed database of Business Development team internal data regarding vendors and partners
- Other Business Development team administrative matters that assigned by the user
Persyaratan
- Bachelor degree of any major
- Have a minimum 2 year of working experience in Banking or Fintech
- Experienced in administration such as managed contracts, quotations, etc
- Fluent in Mandarin both verbal and writing
- Familiar with Ms Office (Word, Excell) and verbal communication skills, interpersonal & presentation skills
- Attention to detail and tidiness in administrative
- Problem solver with professional attitude and appearance to represents company
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply, having experienced in Banking and Financial Technology will be an advantage
