1. According to the group company's overseas development strategy, assist the organization to formulate the human resources planning for overseas business,and assist in sorting out the overseas human resources system specification, etc.;

2. Implement overseas human resources planning, including overseas talent introduction, talent assessment and performance improvement, talent development, personnel structure, compensation and benefits;

3. Assist in overseas core team formation and team management;

4. Regularly provide special suggestions on overseas human resources, organization construction, performance management, administration, etc., and provide HR information support for major decisions of the company;

5. Responsible for the corporate culture construction of overseas business, create organizational atmosphere, promote cultural integration and improve employee satisfaction.

1. Bachelor degree or above, Human Resource Management or related majors are preferred;

2. Fluency in mandarin is a must. English language knowledge is of advantage;

3. At least 1 years of overseas human resource management experience;

4. Sunny and cheerful personality, combined with strong ability to resist pressure. Excellent communication skills and competence in execution;
