- Perform administrative duties, such as end to end recruitment, employee database, taking care of BPJS, data payroll, etc
- Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
- Assist in policy formulation, general affair and salary administration
- Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
- Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
Persyaratan
- Bachelor Degree in any major, Chinese / Human Resource Management is preferred
- Can speak Fluently in Mandarin
- Knowledge in Indonesian Labow Law and Regulations
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Media, Livestream, MCN, Agency company industry is preferred
- Has great communication and organizational skills
