Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Vice General Manager and sales personnel in inputting, maintaining, and summarizing sales data
- Conduct cost accounting, provide business reports and statistics, queries, and management of departmental sales performance
- Based on statistical data, submit reference suggestions and plans to superiors
- Organize company orders, execute contracts, and archive management
- Assist the company in providing after-sales service work
- Internal income and expenditure, reconciliation of accounts and transactions, and handling of equivalent accounts
- Reception of visiting clients and comprehensive coordination of daily administrative affairs
Persyaratan
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a sense of responsibility.
- Sensitive to changes in people and organizations, with strong coordination, and promotion abilities;
- High level of professionalism, able to accept high-intensity work, with a positive and optimistic work attitude
- Able Speak good Mandarin (preferable HSK 5 above)
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Willing be place in Cikarang / CIleungsi
