- Daily Operations Management:
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel to ensure high-quality service to guests.
- Ensure consistent implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Staff Management:
- Manage and lead the hotel team, including recruitment, training, and staff development.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback and evaluations.
- Guest Services:
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing friendly and professional service.
- Handle guest complaints and requests effectively and efficiently.
- Financial Management:
- Manage the hotel's budget, control operational costs, and maximize revenue.
- Prepare monthly, annual, and ad-hoc financial reports for management.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
- Maintenance and Upkeep:
- Ensure the hotel facilities are well-maintained and in good condition.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with the technical team or external contractors.
- Compliance and Security:
- Ensure the hotel complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Implement security procedures to protect guests, staff, and hotel property.
- Stakeholder Relations:
- Build and maintain good relationships with guests, suppliers, and business partners.
- Attend business meetings and events to promote the hotel.
Persyaratan
- Education:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in all fields, preferably Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Personal Qualities:
- Proactive, initiative-taking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work under pressure.
- High work ethic and professionalism.
- Other Qualities:
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- A comprehensive understanding of the latest trends in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Experience working in international or star-rated hotels is an advantage. Priority is given to candidates with at least one year of experience in managing VIP and VVIP reception services on cruise ships, in hotels, or in the tourism sector.
Keahlian Utama
Fluent in Indonesian, Mandarin, and English, both spoken and written
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and financial reporting
Deep understanding of hotel operations and guest service management
Familiarity with hospitality industry trends and marketing strategies
