- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data from all entities within the group.
- Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and other financial analyses to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for executive leadership, board meetings, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure the reliability of financial reporting.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
- Prepare and provide necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.
Persyaratan
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, with a strong background in a Big 4 or Top 10 Public Accounting Firm (KAP)
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in financial reporting software
