1、负责员工考勤、请休假管理及工资核算;
2、负责所有员工在印尼医社保计算、申报与管理;信息录入与人力信息系统数据更新;
3、协助部分岗位的员工招聘工作;
4、协助做好员工入职、离职手续办理、合同签订等;
5、参与对接当地劳动监察部门,参与对接,解释,答疑;
6、参与执行员工福利等人力政策的执行。
1. Responsible for employee attendance, leave management and salary accounting;
2. Responsible for the calculation, declaration and management of medical and social security for all employees in Indonesia; information entry and HRIS data updating;
3. Assist in the recruitment of employees in some positions;
4. Assist in handling employee entry and resignation procedures, contract signing, etc.;
5. Participate in docking with local labor inspection departments, participate in docking, explaining, and answering questions;
6. Participate in the implementation of human resources policies such as employee benefits.
1、 本科及以上学历;
2.、具有2年以上人力资源相关工作经验,有在中国企业工作经验者优先;
3.、具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神、解决问题的能力以及适应变化的能力;
4.、有较强的适应能力和独立工作能力;
5、中文听说读写熟练。
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. More than 2 years of relevant work experience in human resources, working experience in Chinese enterprises is preferred;
3. Good communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changes;
4. Strong adaptability and ability to work independently;
5. Proficient in Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing.
